4. No Guarantee of Results

The Company provides leads based on agreed-upon criteria but does not guarantee any particular outcome, conversion rate, or revenue generation from leads. The Client acknowledges that market conditions, sales processes, and follow-up strategies directly impact lead success.

5. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated in writing, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Termination and Outstanding Balances

The Company, at its sole discretion, may issue a lead credit to be applied toward future lead purchases. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

  • Chargeback Prevention: The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank, credit card provider, or payment processor. Any chargebacks will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action, collection efforts, and liability for additional costs, including attorney fees.

  • Disputed Charges: If the Client believes a billing error has occurred, they must notify the Company in writing within five (5) business days of the charge. The Company will investigate and resolve the issue at its sole discretion.

  • The Client acknowledges that all leads are generated and delivered in real-time or as agreed upon.

  • Once leads are delivered to the Client, they are considered received, valid, and billable, regardless of the Client’s ability to contact, convert, or close the lead.

  • The Client bears full responsibility for following up with leads and acknowledges that lead outcomes depend on their own sales and marketing efforts.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Company provides leads based on agreed-upon criteria but does not guarantee any particular outcome, conversion rate, or revenue generation from leads. The Client acknowledges that market conditions, sales processes, and follow-up strategies directly impact lead success.

5. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated in writing, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Termination and Outstanding Balances

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

  • Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before termination takes effect.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
